1. About SOLÈNE HAUS

SOLÈNE HAUS ("we", "us", "our") is a global art ecosystem platform connecting artists, buyers, galleries, and service providers. By accessing or using solenehaus.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the platform.

SOLÈNE HAUS is operated by SOLÈNE HAUS Pty Ltd, registered in Australia.

2. Artist Terms

2.1 Application and acceptance. Artists must apply to join SOLÈNE HAUS. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

2.2 Original work only. By listing work on SOLÈNE HAUS you confirm that all works are your own original creations, that you hold full copyright and intellectual property rights, and that you have the right to sell them. Listing work that is not your own, that infringes copyright, or that misrepresents authorship will result in immediate removal and permanent account suspension.

2.3 Commission. SOLÈNE HAUS charges a commission of 10% on all sales made through the platform. For business-to-business sales the commission is 12%. Commercial licensing facilitation is charged at 17.5% of the deal value. Commission is deducted automatically from sale proceeds before artist payout.

2.4 Pricing. Artists set their own prices. SOLÈNE HAUS does not impose minimum or maximum prices but reserves the right to remove listings that are priced in a manner inconsistent with the platform's premium positioning.

2.5 On-platform communication. All communication between artists and buyers must take place through the SOLÈNE HAUS messaging system. Sharing personal contact details — email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles — within the platform messaging system is strictly prohibited and will result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity and frequency.

2.6 Off-platform transactions. Artists must not facilitate or encourage buyers to transact outside of SOLÈNE HAUS. Any sale of a work that was enquired about through the platform must be processed through the platform. Evidence of off-platform transactions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of applicable commission.

2.7 Subscriptions. Artist subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

2.8 HAUS Studio. Website bookings require a deposit that is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the confirmed start week. The balance is due on delivery. Monthly subscription fees activate on site launch.

3. Buyer Terms

3.1 Purchases. All purchases made through SOLÈNE HAUS are final unless the artwork received is materially different from its listing description. Buyers are encouraged to enquire thoroughly before purchase.

3.2 Brief submissions. Brief submission fees are charged at the time of submission and are credited in full against the first purchase made as a result of the brief. Fees are refundable only if SOLÈNE HAUS is unable to identify a suitable match.

3.3 Trade membership. Trade membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable.

3.4 On-platform communication. Buyers must communicate with artists through the SOLÈNE HAUS platform only. Attempting to contact artists directly or to facilitate off-platform transactions will result in account suspension.

3.5 Authenticity. All works on SOLÈNE HAUS are original works by verified artists. A certificate of authenticity is issued with every sale.

4. Partner Terms

4.1 Partner applications. Service provider partnership applications are reviewed personally. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

4.2 Annual fees. Partner annual fees are due on acceptance and on each anniversary of acceptance. Fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Referral commissions. Referral commissions are calculated on the net value of each job referred and are deducted before payment to the service provider.

4.4 Exclusivity. Where an exclusive partner status has been agreed this exclusivity applies only to the specific category and region agreed in writing. SOLÈNE HAUS reserves the right to modify exclusivity arrangements with 90 days written notice.

4.5 Standards. Partners must maintain the service standards expected of a premium platform. SOLÈNE HAUS reserves the right to remove partners who receive consistent negative feedback from artists or buyers.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Artist content. Artists retain full copyright ownership of all works listed on SOLÈNE HAUS. By listing on the platform artists grant SOLÈNE HAUS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote their work for the purposes of operating and marketing the platform.

5.2 Platform content. All SOLÈNE HAUS branding, design, copy, and platform code is the intellectual property of SOLÈNE HAUS Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SOLÈNE HAUS:

— Listing or selling work that is not your own original creation — Sharing personal contact details in platform messaging — Facilitating or encouraging off-platform transactions — Creating multiple accounts — Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or artwork — Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward other users — Attempting to circumvent platform security or payment systems — Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations will result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity.

7. Limitation of Liability

SOLÈNE HAUS acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of artworks beyond what is expressly stated in these terms. Our total liability to any user in connection with the platform is limited to the fees paid to us by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. Changes to These Terms

SOLÈNE HAUS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
